This program is conducted in person or over the Skype/phone and contains of 3 clear steps.
Before you begin you will be sent your Welcome Package containing your prep-work to be completed before we get down to business.
— STEP 1 – Week 1 – Creativity Release Intensive – we meet for a 2-hour session over Skype/phone
During Step 1 we will outline your direction and release the limitations that keeps you from creating your high-end program.
— STEP 2 – Week 3 – Crystalize Your Brilliance – we meet for one 4-hour sessions over Skype/phone
During Step 2 we will work step by step so you can distill, design and fall in love with your new creation, your unique program to share with the world.
— STEP 3 – Week 5 – Regulating Your Rythm – we meet for our final 2-hour session over the Skype/phone
During Step 3 you bring your program, questions, celebrations and insecurities to this session of completion. Let’s sum up where you are, your insights about your program and if something is holding you back from finding your natural rythm when offering your program to others. We will look ahead how you can best move forward from this point.

Your Comittment:
To get most out of this program you need to be willing to put aside at least 1 hour per day (outside of your 1-on-1 sessions with Teresaa) for homework throughout the program. Throughout this program you also need to schedule in additional chunks of ME-time where you pamper yourself with a lot of rest and time for integration.
You do not need to be an established entreprenur or business(wo)man in order to get great value out of this program. It works very well for everyone with an entreprenurial spirit and desire to do good in the world.

I am a Middle-Eastern women, I was raised in Jordan in a conservative restrictive environment then moved to the US in my early twenties. The negative programing and limitations related to my abilities, self-worth as a woman, and expectations that my family had of me were engrained in me at an early age. Years later, I realized that even as I am approaching the age of 40, the foundation of worry and fear that I was raised in was still negatively affecting my life and slowing me down from my true potential. I knew that I needed a big shift in my prospective in order to let go of the past.
I have been working with Teresaa as my Life Coach for the last year, and she has helped me with various aspects such as my career, business planning, relationships, and financial prosperity. She identified blockages that I had that were caused by past and cultural programming, and then worked with me to release them through a focused coaching approach and her Energy Breakthrough Method.
This work made a huge impact on my progress, a positive change to my life and to my vision of the future. Her extensive experience in business in addition to her energy work differentiates her from others since she is working on multiple dimensions that enable growth and connect with daily experiences. She helped me build a vision for my purpose, a plan, and utilized the energy work to support the progress and release any blockages.
Now I am unstoppable! I have an amazing dream of supporting women in the Middle-East that are currently facing the same challenges that I had, and I want to work on empowering them. PLEASE NOTE: You may — or may not — come out with a complete Program ready to launch after our 5 weeks together. Your individual “take away” depends on where you are in your process when we start. However — regardless of where you are when we start — the work we do WILL provide clarity and ease for you during the creational process. It will also gift you with a pair of awesome “glasses” that offers a clearer focus on what you need to do next. There are many pieces to your big puzzle — and most of them are in flux during the creational process you will go through. Before your program/product is ready to be launched, all pieces need to find (and fall into) their natural places for your manifestation to bring fruit.
