Transformational Coaching

The Coaching Programs that Teresaa is offering are customized to your specific needs and desires. In the Transformational Coaching you will be supported by hypnotherapy to rapidly turn an unwanted situation around to support a more life-enhancing approach.

In Teresaa’s Transformational Coaching, you have the following programs to choose from:

• “Me, Me, Me”: A 3 months program to put yourself first and love yourself just the way you are, from inside out.
• “The Creative Mindset”: A 3 months program to awaken your creative potential to express yourself freely and confidently.
• “My Body Needs Me”: A 1-3 months program to adress any physical issue you are experiencing.
• “Bring Business Back”: A 3 months program to eliminate obstacles and find your spark on the path to business success.
• “Customized Transformational Coaching”: This 1-3 months program is modified to fit you individual situation.

Duration: 1-3 months depending on your needs.

Living in the New Time

This 4-session coaching program is for you who want to find a new foundation to stand on and operate from after your AuraTransformation™ and yet find it challanging to not slip back to old behaviour and ditto thinking.

Duration: 8 weeks. We meet 1 hr. every second week for the duration of the program.

Venue: Skype/Phone/Zoom

The sessions are individualized to your specific needs, and thanks to her 30+ years of experience with energy work, Teresaa provides a seasoned outside eye to guide and empower you in breaking old patterns, releasing old programming and create space for the changes at hand.
