Already the very frst evening a big shift happened. When I got home after the session with Teresaa my children was all over the place and refused to listen to my husband. But when I told them to please calm down they instantly listened to me. I didn’t even have to rise my voice! Both my husband and I were totally surprised. I can really feel that I level with the kids now.
Now I can also be closer to my husband in a new way that has NEVER happened during our previous 9 years together. It is so wonderful to hav all that old garbage off my chest.
